Dental Clinic Manager

About the role

The client is seeking a Dental Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at a clinic located on Bulevardi Zogu I, second floor, Tirana. The role involves coordinating staff, ensuring service quality, and handling client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily clinic processes.
• Manage staff schedules, vacations, and overall workforce planning.
• Liaise with marketing agencies and external partners.
• Monitor service quality and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Handle client communications, complaints, and satisfaction issues.
• Identify problems and propose solutions to improve service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in management, coordination, or administration, preferably in a clinic or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian (minimum B2, C1 advantageous).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve issues professionally and manage diverse situations.
