Data Analyst & Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a hybrid Data Analyst and Performance Marketer to lead paid media campaigns while leveraging AI tools to turn data into growth strategies. The role sits at the intersection of media buying, data‑driven decision‑making, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign metrics, conduct cohort and funnel analyses, and translate raw data into actionable growth recommendations.
• Integrate AI models such as Claude, custom workflows, and AI agents to automate data parsing, reporting, and optimization.
• Recommend budget allocations, creative iterations, and strategic shifts based on ROI and ROAS insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running performance ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting tools, and ROI tracking.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, LLM prompts, workflow automation) into marketing operations.
• Analytical mindset with a test‑and‑learn orientation.
• Based in or willing to work full‑time in Tirana, Albania.
