Customer Service Advisor I (Spanish)

About the role

The Customer Service Advisor I (Spanish) provides inbound and outbound support to customers in Spanish, handling routine inquiries and issues related to the client’s products or services. The role focuses on delivering service that meets contractual KPIs while building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets or exceeds defined KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements, use decision‑support tools, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and follow agreed procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document interactions in the call tracking database.
• Refer customers to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff when needed.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.
