Audit Staff / Senior Associate – Tirana

About the role

LMC Tirana is looking for an energetic Audit Staff/Senior Associate to join its audit team in Tirana. You will work under close supervision on a variety of audit, review, and compilation assignments while developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for multiple client engagements.
• Prepare thorough and accurate audit documentation in line with firm standards.
• Research and analyse financial statements and audit‑related issues.
• Assist supervisors and managers with client work, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify accounting issues and conduct research to resolve them.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of audit or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and audit principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Team player and quick learner in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
