Private Client Advisor

About the role

The Private Client Advisor works within the Private & Financial Advisory Department of the Retail & Wealth Management Division, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with private clients while delivering professional, confidential and responsive service.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned private clients, ensuring professional, confidential and responsive service.
• Achieve commercial objectives aligned with the bank’s business goals and client segmentation strategy.
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions by leveraging deep knowledge of retail, investment and wealth‑management products.
• Use the bank’s tools and systems to monitor client performance, define contact plans, log interactions and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Drive new business by proactively acquiring private clients in line with the Retail Division’s strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete and complies with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, managing private clients.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and discretion to maintain client trust.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
