Finance & Accounting – AP/AR & U.S. GAAP

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting professional to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for an international industrial machinery manufacturer. The role supports monthly closing, financial reporting and junior controller activities while using an ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles.
• Process and record invoices and payments.
• Track cash flow and customer account balances.
• Assist with month‑end closing and accounting reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting and junior controller tasks.
• Utilize the ERP system for all financial transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in AP/AR or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with an ERP solution (e.g., Genius ERP, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of English.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
