About the role
Evendum Albania, a company based in Tirana specialised in non-luxury asset valuation, is looking for a specialist to prepare and process asset valuation reports. The position is full-time and office-based.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process asset valuation reports
- Analyse market data
- Review technical and legal documentation
Required profile
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics or a related field
- Analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail
- Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience preparing valuation reports is an advantage
Required skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
