About the role

Keanko Realty is a full-service real estate agency based in Tirana, helping individuals, families, investors and businesses buy, sell, rent and invest in property. It is expanding its team and is looking for real estate agents, with or without experience, who want to build a successful career in real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Find and list new properties for sale and rent
• Meet clients, understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Organise and run property viewings
• Negotiate offers and accompany clients until the deal is finalised
• Follow up new leads, online and offline
• Represent Keanko Realty professionally in all client meetings

Required profile

• Experience is not required; training is provided
• Good communication skills and a desire to sell
• Positive personality, organised and results-oriented
• Reliability, seriousness and dedication to clients
• Good knowledge of Tirana
• English or another foreign language is an advantage
