About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Installer to join our field sales team in Tirana. You will represent the largest telecommunications provider in the country, promoting products and services directly to customers on the ground.
Key responsibilities
- Visit client locations on a flexible schedule to present and sell telecom solutions.
- Demonstrate product installations and provide on‑site support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Build and maintain a personal sales network.
- Report activity and results to the sales manager.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a willingness to work independently.
- Ability to manage a flexible, on‑site schedule.
- Interest in the telecommunications sector.
