About the role
OMNES is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee its Italian-language Luce‑Gas campaign. The role involves managing a team of agents, ensuring high performance, and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team to achieve campaign objectives.
- Organise and monitor staff tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Track performance metrics and progress towards targets.
