B2B Business Service Agent (French Speaking)

About the role

The Business Service Agent will support the Account Management team in ensuring a smooth after‑sales process for B2B merchants. The role focuses on payment‑related matters, handling inquiries and providing solutions in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks, focusing on debt collection.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B merchants, clarify information, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Contact merchants to remind them about payment terms and follow up as needed.
• Create and update process instructions and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams in an international environment to ensure a smooth after‑sales experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, back‑office or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Accurate, efficient, able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Process‑oriented and solution‑focused with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
