Customer Support Consultant – Remote (Fluent English)

About the role

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service leader partnering with tech companies such as MasterCard, Calm and MacPaw. As a Customer Support Consultant you will work remotely in a multicultural environment, providing first‑line assistance to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via chat, calls and email, handling policy, billing and technical queries.
• Escalate and resolve tickets, ensuring timely communication during service outages.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and forward complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Deliver empathetic, solution‑oriented support to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 spoken and written).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support.
• Tech‑savvy with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong analytical, research and proactive attitude.
• Personal computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
