Tax Advisory Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Tax Advisory team as a Senior Associate and help top‑tier clients navigate complex tax challenges. You will work across industries, delivering high‑quality tax advice, supporting audits, and contributing to innovative tax solutions that add real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned client portfolio and monitor project team effectiveness.
• Develop comprehensive tax solutions and provide advisory services to leading clients.
• Advise on a range of tax issues, participate in due‑diligence, restructuring, and review projects.
• Assist clients during tax authority audits.
• Identify new business opportunities and help market new service offerings.
• Conduct technical tax research, prepare proposals, and draft tax memoranda.
• Coach and review work of less experienced team members.
• Write articles and update internal publications.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Tax, Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Law (Master’s degree is a strong asset).
• 3+ years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a consulting or law firm.
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and international tax rules.
• Strong business writing and communication skills in English and Albanian.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑structuring ability, and willingness to take on challenging tasks.
• Leadership, teamwork, and motivation for personal development.

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
