Audit Staff / Senior Associate

LMC is searching for a Staff/Senior Audit Associate in our Tirana, Albania office. We seek an energetic, self‑motivated professional with a genuine desire to embrace this challenging career opportunity to work in a team‑oriented environment while taking on a variety of assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Work on audits, reviews, and compilations under close supervision.
• Prepare thorough and accurate audit documentation in accordance with accounting, audit, and firm standards.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit‑related issues.
• Assist supervisors and managers with multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Identify accounting issues and perform research to resolve them.
• Demonstrate professionalism.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of audit and accounting experience, depending on the position applied for.
• Strong understanding of accounting and audit principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Team player and quick learner in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with various business software tools.
