Senior Tax Accountant – International Experience

About the role

Join PwC’s tax and accounting team and help businesses navigate complex tax challenges while collaborating with colleagues and clients across borders. The position offers international exposure and meaningful responsibilities from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively assist in managing multiple client engagements and report to managers.
• Train and lead junior staff members.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to the development of personal and team technical expertise.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Participate in business development activities to identify and research new opportunities.
• Develop internal relationships and strengthen the PwC brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics or statistics.
• 4‑6 years of experience in accounting/finance and tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax, payroll).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, national accounting standards and Albanian tax legislation.
• ACCA qualification is an advantage.
• Commitment to a long‑term career in tax and accounting.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
