About the role
The Store Manager oversees sales representatives and the store team to achieve sales targets, ensures timely order fulfillment, and maintains employee wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise sales staff and coordinate activities to meet sales objectives.
- Manage reservations and inventory to guarantee on‑time order supply.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop effective sales strategies and set goals.
- Monitor staff performance and present product/service information to customers.
Required profile
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, managerial and communication skills.
