About the role
Digicom is looking for a Telesales Specialist who will be responsible for renewing existing client contracts, identifying opportunities to improve packages, and increasing the commercial value of customers.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing clients whose contracts are nearing expiration to ensure service continuity.
- Manage and execute the contract renewal process within set deadlines.
- Present and negotiate renewal offers in line with company policies and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade existing packages and promote value‑added packages (upselling).
- Handle objections and address client needs with appropriate solutions to maintain ongoing collaboration.
- Record communications and update data in the relevant systems.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Capability to identify client needs and propose commercial solutions.
- Good organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of foreign languages.
