Sales Engineering Manager

About the role

ALComm Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Engineering Manager to drive business growth across Albania. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver integrated technology solutions to public institutions, enterprises and municipalities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage new B2B business opportunities across the company’s technology portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, public institutions, consultants and system integrators.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial offers, and participate in tenders and public procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, installation and technical support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging technologies to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, Automation or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in B2B technical sales, business development or system integration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills in Albanian and English.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions and prepare offers.

• CCTV and IP video surveillance systems, ANPR/LPR, video management platforms.
• Smart city and traffic management solutions, parking management and video analytics.
• GPS tracking devices, telematics and fleet management platforms.
• EV charging hardware, AC/DC chargers and charging management software.
• Fiber optic, networking and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Solar photovoltaic systems, energy monitoring and building automation (KNX, BMS).
