About the role

The Credit Administration Specialist will manage and administer credit‑related processes for a banking institution in Tirana. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and smooth coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process credit applications, verifying client information and supporting documents.
• Register, update, and maintain credit data in banking systems according to contracts and documentation.
• Control and record manual transactions related to credit contract amendments.
• Administer changes to interest rates, credit terms, collateral replacements, and partial or full repayments.
• Monitor payment schedules, outstanding balances, and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare periodic credit reports and collaborate with other departments to resolve credit issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding credit terms and obligations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors within the Credit Administration Division.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably a degree in Economics, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of credit products, especially Personal Loans and Mortgages.
