Junior Cash Analyst

About the role

As a Junior Cash Analyst you will support the Treasury team with daily cash management, payments, bank account administration and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth and accurate treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily payments and cash transfers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor cash movements and support efficient management of available cash.
• Provide payment confirmations to internal and external stakeholders and liaise with banks for proofs or corrections.
• Manage the Cash Management mailbox and follow up on payment‑related requests.
• Support bank account administration, including KYC, AML and related documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly cash reports and supply relevant information to management.
• Manage user access to banking and financial platforms.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to improve and streamline cash management processes.
• Support foreign exchange activities, execute FX transactions for non‑EUR payments and communicate settlement instructions.
• Assist in monitoring and managing foreign‑exchange‑related risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interest in Treasury, Cash Management or financial operations.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in English.
