About the role

The Senior Specialist will lead CRM analysis and support branch sales activities, using customer data to drive additional and cross‑selling opportunities. The role combines data quality management, campaign optimisation and close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, needs and lifecycle using CRM data to identify trends, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain and improve the quality of the customer database, ensuring accurate contact history and refined segmentation criteria.
• Plan short‑ and long‑term relationship‑management activities, coordinate monthly plans and align campaign objectives with business units.
• Work with Marketing to organise, monitor and execute promotional campaigns, preparing client lists, communication scripts and offers.
• Provide training and support to the sales force, ensuring understanding of campaign goals, strategies and messages.
• Support branch sales operations both remotely and on‑site, developing action plans with regional managers to improve results and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and report business results, analyse performance indicators and propose measures to achieve targets.
• Participate in projects that develop or test digital tools for CRM, sales and customer service.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in sales.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven sales capability and high proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Very good command of the English language.
