About the role

We are looking for a long‑term Marketing Specialist to work with several companies and clients within the 2RM Lab group, acting as an internal agency. The role focuses on managing digital marketing activities for the Albanian and Kosovar markets and supporting our clients' growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
• Create and run campaigns on social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and SEO.
• Manage marketing initiatives across multiple countries/markets.
• Track, analyse and report marketing performance in relation to sales.
• Utilise AI platforms for content creation and optimisation.
• Produce marketing materials for existing and upcoming products/services.
• Contribute to building systems that measure sales ROI in monetary terms.
• Conduct continuous competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Previous experience in digital marketing, especially Google Ads, LinkedIn and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of AI tools and platforms for content creation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects or companies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with international marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
