About the role

Teoren Group is looking for an Online Sales & Data Entry Specialist to join the team, handling online orders, communicating with customers and maintaining accurate product data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process online orders.
• Communicate with clients via online channels and phone.
• Enter, update and verify product data in the system.
• Update prices, stock levels and product information.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams for order processing.
• Track orders through to completion of the sales process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in online sales, e‑commerce or data entry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational abilities and teamwork.
• Responsibility and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Residence in Durrës.
