Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Dream Pharma is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to lead and expand its portfolio of healthcare and retail clients in Tirana. The role focuses on promoting high-quality nutritional supplements that support fertility and reproductive health, while building long-term relationships with pharmacies and key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and retail sectors.
• Conduct regular client visits, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutritional supplement sales, preferably in a senior or key‑account role.
• Strong business‑development and consultative‑selling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and good command of English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
