Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly driven Senior Product Manager to shape, scale, and grow our digital products. The role owns the full product lifecycle—from market discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, revenue growth and continuous optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with growth and commercial objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with marketing and sales to develop go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, messaging and support acquisition, activation and retention.
• Take responsibility for commercial performance, pricing, packaging, monetisation and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data and other functions to ensure alignment and high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor other product managers and represent the product in customer and industry engagements.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital products with measurable business impact.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience shaping pricing, profitability and growth strategies.
• Experience working with marketing and sales on go‑to‑market, positioning and acquisition initiatives.
• Ability to develop business cases, assess ROI and make commercially informed decisions.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, prioritisation and execution skills.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments such as startups or scale‑ups.
