Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

This full-time (7h/6d) on‑site Sales Assistant role is based in Tirana, Albania. The Sales Assistant supports daily store operations by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the product selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Present merchandise and provide detailed product information to clients.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy, visually appealing sales floor.
• Handle client inquiries and maintain organized inventory displays.
• Support merchandising activities and ensure displays are up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple client requests and maintain displays.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or luxury sales is preferred.
• Professional appearance, reliability and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and willingness to learn new retail technologies.
