About the role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead banking‑related projects for one of our top clients. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project scope and control changes to keep deliverables aligned with objectives.
- Monitor schedule and costs to guarantee on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Achieve defined Customer Satisfaction targets and contribute to the client’s Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to optimise resource utilisation and improve Productivity/Profit per Employee ratios.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing projects, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Experience using project management tools.
