Associate Relationship Manager – Corporate & SME

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager supports the Relationship Manager in the Corporate and SME division of Tirana Bank. The role involves monitoring loan portfolios, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth client servicing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the loan portfolio and maintain accurate records of financing type, amount, renewal dates, collateral revaluation, and insurance renewals.
• Prepare complete documentation packages for new small‑ticket corporate cases and the associated credit risk package.
• Collect client documentation for account opening and financing, coordinating with Legal and branch teams.
• Follow up on delayed repayments, propose corrective actions, and gather documents for contract preparation and fund disbursement.
• Coordinate collateral appraisal with external appraisal studios and insurance policies with the insurance unit.
• Prepare reports for Relationship Managers and participate in client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policy for corporate clients and support ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in PC applications, especially Excel and MS Word.
• Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem‑solving orientation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Team‑working spirit and flexibility.
