Finance Support Specialist

About the role

FinHub is seeking a Finance Support Specialist to join its team and support finance operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and record maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proficient in Excel, familiar with finance systems, and able to collaborate across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data.
• Operate and maintain finance systems for recording transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation.
• Keep the CRM system updated.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English at C1 level (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
