Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript)

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Prishtina (Ramiz Sadiku Complex, floor 5). You will join a cross-functional product team reporting to its Team Lead, working four days in the office with Wednesdays remote. You own a feature end to end: the React and TypeScript screens, the GraphQL layer and the services behind it.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end to end: design, build, test, ship and maintain them once live.
• Build the UI in the web frontend against a custom design system, and in native apps when needed.
• Design and document GraphQL and gRPC APIs used by your team and others.
• Ship changes daily behind feature flags, with CI/CD handling rollout; monitor dashboards and roll back if needed.
• Plan and ship changes across several services at once, working with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure and Mobile.
• Find bottlenecks, fix bugs and keep performance and quality healthy.
• Help shape architecture and engineering practices, including the use of AI coding tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years building and running product software in production.
• Depth in either frontend or backend, with competence in the other.
• Comfortable shipping behind flags and watching a change land.
• Uses AI coding tools daily and is happy building your own workflow.
• Pragmatic, curious and willing to learn new parts of the stack; native mobile experience is a bonus.

Required skills

• Frontend: React and TypeScript, CSS including animation, JavaScript build tooling.
• Backend: designing and consuming GraphQL APIs, distributed systems with Kafka, gRPC or equivalent.
• Stack: Ruby, Elixir and TypeScript services, Postgres, Kubernetes, native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
