Sales Specialist

About the role

IVA Elektronik, a 30‑year‑old Albanian software company, is looking for a Sales Specialist to join its Tirana office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on promoting the company’s fiscal‑solution products to businesses across Albania. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, helping them adopt and benefit from IVA Elektronik’s tax automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with existing and potential clients.
• Drive sales activities and achieve defined targets.
• Deliver product training sessions to ensure proper usage.
• Manage the sales process and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Ability to motivate and manage the sales cycle.
• Previous sales or management experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with fiscal‑software solutions is advantageous.
• Open to candidates of any age or background, including those returning to work.
