Sales & Operations Executive – Logistics

About the role

World Transport Overseas is seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day logistics activities and support customers throughout the transport process. Based in the heart of Tirana, you will act as a bridge between clients, carriers and internal teams, ensuring shipments are booked, documented and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle shipment bookings across ocean, air and road modes and prepare all required documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs agents and internal departments to guarantee smooth execution.
• Monitor shipment status, update tracking systems and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Identify sales opportunities, maintain existing client relationships and assist in preparing quotations.
• Support pricing, quotation preparation and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong sales and customer‑relationship abilities with a focus on business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and the local language; willingness to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics platforms such as CargoWise and myWTO.
• Familiarity with TMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage documentation and data entry accurately.
