Remote Media Buyer – Paid Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Media Buyer to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across major platforms. Working fully remotely, you will manage end‑to‑end campaign workflows, from tracking implementation to performance analysis, ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and maintain tracking pixels, event setups and server‑side tracking (Conversions API/CAPI) for accurate attribution.
• Build, analyze and refine custom audiences, look‑alike and retargeting pools based on buyer personas and journey data.
• Set up, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, driving down CPA while increasing ROAS.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests for ad angles, creatives and copy.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and produce clear reports to justify scaling decisions.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing $3,000–$30,000+ monthly ad spend with documented ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Deep technical knowledge of Meta, Google and TikTok ad platforms, including pixel implementation and server‑side tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of rapid optimisation based on real‑time data.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
