Regional Sales Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead LPP’s fashion retail operations in Albania, based in Tirana. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple stores, ensuring brand standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of all stores in the region, monitoring KPIs and sales reports.
• Set and communicate sales targets, develop action plans and drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
• Conduct regular store visits, coach store managers and staff, and ensure visual merchandising and inventory standards are met.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and HR to support promotions, staffing, and training programmes.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt assortment and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Strong leadership and people‑development abilities, with a track record of building high‑performance teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tirana and travel across the region.
• Higher education in business, management or related field (optional).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with retail or sales reporting tools.
