Recruitment Operations Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

The Recruitment Operations Analyst supports the Central European talent acquisition team by handling interview scheduling, test management and sourcing activities. This entry‑level position offers exposure to cross‑country recruitment processes within a global professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the full recruitment cycle, including arranging interviews, scheduling assessments and communicating feedback to candidates.
• Assist with sourcing activities and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare HR reports and statistics as requested by the talent acquisition team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners and Deloitte offices across Central Europe to ensure data accuracy and a positive candidate experience.
• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role within customer relations, HR or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an international, cross‑functional environment and maintain confidentiality.
