Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will oversee payroll and benefit administration for a workforce of over 200 employees. This position ensures accurate salary processing, compliance with tax regulations, and the delivery of competitive benefit packages.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll for more than 200 staff, including overtime, absences, and annual leave.
• Prepare and submit payroll data to the tax system and record it in the Business Center program.
• Review and update salary re‑evaluations, maintaining reports with managers for any changes.
• Administer benefits such as annual performance bonuses, private pension fund, lunch vouchers, and other staff perks.
• Maintain salary structures to ensure internal fairness and market competitiveness.
• Monitor per diems, sickness reports, maternity leaves, accident reports, and related documentation.
• Conduct market analyses of compensation and benefits, particularly within the construction sector.
• Produce periodic cost‑of‑staff reports linked to project budgets.
• Perform additional tasks as defined by the HR department.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or compensation & benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to take on other duties as required by the department.
