About the role

FLORFARMA SHPK is expanding its team and seeks an energetic, organized, and communicative Receptionist to join the pharmaceutical warehouse in Prush, Tirana. As the first point of contact for clients and partners, you will ensure professional communication and support daily administrative and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and orient clients, visitors, and collaborators.
• Manage telephone communications and forward requests to responsible personnel.
• Provide information and assistance to customers.
• Receive, record, and process orders.
• Enter and update data in the system/database.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments.
• Support various daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare and maintain relevant documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, administration, sales, or similar roles (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional, client‑oriented attitude.
• Team player capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with Office programs.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
