About the role
We are looking for an energetic and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for generating new client leads, matching them with suitable properties and guiding the transaction through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective clients.
- Assess client needs and property requirements.
- Research, select and present appropriate real‑estate listings.
- Market and promote properties through various channels.
- Organise and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms with clients.
- Follow the sales process through to closing.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated with strong initiative.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
