Real Estate Agent – Build Your Own Portfolio

About the role

RE/MAX Vizion is expanding its team in Tirana and seeks motivated individuals to launch a professional career in real estate. You will work independently to develop a client portfolio, guide buyers and sellers, and close property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Prospect for new property listings and potential clients.
• Advise buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and manage deals from first contact to closing.
• Promote and develop your personal brand supported by RE/MAX Vizion.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑discipline, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Motivation to build a long‑term career in real estate.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, insurance, or real estate is an advantage.
