PR and Communication Senior Manager

About the role

The PR and Communication Senior Manager will lead One Albania’s public relations, corporate communication, and social responsibility agenda. This senior position is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing technology‑enabled social impact initiatives that align with the company’s values and the broader 4iG Group mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Corporate Responsibility strategy that supports business objectives and group values.
• Design integrated PR and communication campaigns to enhance corporate reputation and promote sustainability initiatives.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, interview coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and oversee internal and external communication content, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead grant programs, charitable initiatives, and fundraising activities with measurable impact.
• Identify social needs, forge partnerships with NGOs, institutions, and communities, and deliver technology‑driven solutions.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with donors, corporate partners, NGOs, and government entities.
• Administer the PR and Communication budget, contracts, and financial operations with transparency.
• Prepare and coordinate Sustainability/ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Represent One Albania externally as the spokesperson for its mission and activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, CSR, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Impact, or Strategic Management (Master’s a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, PR, and Communication.
• Proven track record in developing and managing social impact programs and partnerships.
• Leadership experience managing projects, teams, and diverse stakeholders.
