About the role
We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our digital team. The role combines daily community interaction with the creation of dynamic video content for our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to direct messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, ensuring real‑time community engagement.
- Produce and appear in short video formats (Reels and TikTok) to showcase products, services, current trends, or host Q&A sessions.
- Maintain and update our social media pages with regular posts, monitoring performance and growth.
Required profile
- Open, communicative personality comfortable appearing on camera.
- Excellent written communication in Albanian.
- Previous experience managing social media pages is a plus.
- Reliability and adherence to scheduled working hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook (Meta) platforms.
- Proficiency with TikTok platform.
