Personal Banker

About the role

The Personal Banker will deliver high‑quality banking services to retail customers in the Tirana area, supporting the branch’s sales and relationship goals. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role focuses on identifying customer needs, converting them into sales, and achieving both individual and branch targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with retail customers in line with individual and branch objectives.
• Grow and manage a loan portfolio, including new loan acquisition and non‑performing loan oversight.
• Expand and maintain a deposit portfolio through new deposits and existing account management.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for loans, deposits, current accounts, fund transfers, debit and credit cards, e‑banking and mobile banking.
• Proactively attract new clients and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Cross‑sell bank products and services based on needs‑based assessments.
• Collaborate with team members to drive branch performance.
