SE Account Manager

About the role

The SE Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with Small Enterprise (SE) clients in the Lezha area, offering the full range of banking products and services. This role involves proactive client acquisition, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the reference person in the bank for SE companies within the assigned portfolio.
• Proactively approach new potential clients, present and sell the bank’s products and services.
• Prepare and execute a portfolio strategy to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Monitor portfolio results and progress against personal objectives.
• Visit client sites, prepare loan proposals and conduct financial analysis.
• Promote efficient cross‑selling and workflow for all SE products.
• Monitor market, financial and credit performance of borrowers to ensure compliance with loan conditions and report any deviations.
• Coach, train and mentor junior relationship managers, if applicable.
• Perform compliance checks, flag atypical or high‑value transactions and report to the compliance department.
• Provide clients with dedicated contact persons, facilitate use of bank products, and follow up on daily issues assigned by the supervisor.
• Prepare various reports on behalf of the portfolio and department.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance (Master’s degree is an asset).
• At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in business segments.
• Financial and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with strong teamwork orientation.
• Fast learner able to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
