About the role

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary banking contact for corporate clients, fostering long‑term partnerships and expanding business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary banking contact.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with key corporate customers.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Understand clients' business needs and propose tailored financial solutions.
• Drive portfolio growth and profitability through proactive relationship management.
• Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of portfolio performance and business activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Experience in Corporate Banking, Sales or Relationship Management.
• Strong commercial mindset and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of financial analysis and corporate banking products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
