About the role

The Sales Representative (Agent) will work full‑time on‑site in Tirana, promoting Argjiro GROUP’s range of paper and cardboard food‑packaging solutions. You will actively seek new customers, present the product portfolio, and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients in Tirana and surrounding areas.
• Present product range and prepare tailored sales offers.
• Negotiate terms, process orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and meet defined sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent communication in Albanian; English is a plus.
• Basic business and market awareness with the ability to match client needs to solutions.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple accounts.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in printing, packaging or related industries.
• High integrity, proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Relevant secondary or higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
