About the role

Archigenius Studio is seeking a creative Part‑Time Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Tirana. The role focuses on shaping the studio’s brand presence across social media and supporting its communication strategy for architecture and interior‑design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop monthly content calendars and social‑media strategies aligned with the studio’s identity.
• Produce and edit posts, stories, reels and accompanying copy.
• Coordinate photo‑ and video‑material from ongoing projects.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, audience growth and engagement.
• Generate creative ideas to strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media, marketing or content creation.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense, with an interest in architecture, interior design or lifestyle.
• Good copywriting and communication abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently on‑site.

Required skills

• Meta Ads platform.
• Design and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
