Operator Telefonik për Shitje (Outbound/Inbound)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Phone Sales Operator to join our field sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing inbound customer inquiries for the leading telecommunications provider in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote telecom products and services.
• Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and guide customers through purchase decisions.
• Maintain a flexible daily schedule and travel within assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Accurately record interactions and sales data in the company system.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible, self‑managed schedule.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic literacy in Albanian; English proficiency is a plus.
