Italian Consultant – Customer Care & Sales

About the role

The company, on behalf of a client in the health sector, is looking for an Italian‑speaking Consultant to manage inbound and outbound communications with potential patients from Italy. The role combines customer care, lead nurturing and appointment setting to turn prospects into clinic visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone calls with Italian‑speaking prospects and answer their queries.
• Communicate and follow up leads in Italian, providing detailed information about the clinic’s services and treatments.
• Convert interested prospects into confirmed patients by guiding them through the appointment process.
• Organise, confirm and reschedule appointments, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
• Maintain continuous communication with prospects until they attend their visit.
• Build and sustain professional, positive relationships with all contacts.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian, especially strong verbal communication.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Previous experience in Customer Care, Call Center, Sales or Appointment Setting is a plus.
• Energetic, organized, result‑oriented and able to work with clear objectives.
• Capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
