About the role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to join our team in Tirana. The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical, lighting, and energy sectors.
- Monitor sales targets, track performance metrics, and report results.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or industrial markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
- Valid Class B driving licence.
- Experience in electrical materials, lighting, energy or technical projects is a plus.
