About the role

The Senior Hotel Manager will lead the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Reporting to the company’s senior leadership, this role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Coordinate core departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Sales and HR.
• Monitor room occupancy, pricing, revenue, and daily performance metrics.
• Manage the operational budget, control costs and optimise expenditures.
• Ensure high‑quality service at every guest touchpoint and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Lead regular operational meetings with department heads to track tasks, issues and objectives.
• Supervise cleanliness, maintenance, presentation of facilities and overall operational readiness.
• Recruit, train, orient and motivate managerial and operational staff.
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and legal standards.
• Report periodically to company executives on operational and financial performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior hotel management positions such as General Manager, Operations Manager or Hotel Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience building and managing effective teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve real‑time operational issues.
• Good knowledge of financial management, budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• High focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
